TJ Marlatt

CEO
Composer/Sound Engineer

For 20 years, TJ has been connecting with people through music, magic, and fun! Whether on stage, in the studio, or on set, he brings a deep sense of artistry and intention to his work. He’s the kind of person who will go above and beyond to make a vision come to life—and ensures the people he works with are seen, heard, and empowered.

Some of TJ’s credits include: Solo album Gentle Whisper (TJ Marlatt), performer/co-producer on NAMA award winning album Ceremony (Michael Searching Bear), writer/performer/co-producer on album The Mirror (Marlatt-Searching Bear), multiple tracks for various artists and projects. Composer for short film Hunted, boom operator/sound design/composer for up coming feature film The Life and Death of Virginia Hill.

At 4M Productions, TJ has built more than just a studio—he’s created a creative home where bold ideas thrive and dreams take shape. His dedication to excellence, team spirit, and ability to connect with others make him a trusted partner in any production.

Mikey Rogers

Director of Photography/Lead Editor

Mikey is an Ohio-based filmmaker and photographer who has dedicated many years to creating compelling stories, shooting commercials and broadcasting live events. He began his professional film career in 2020, but his dream of telling captivating stories through film began at childhood. His childhood dreams paved a path towards teaching and mentoring young filmmakers as co-founder of No Limits Film Club in New Philadelphia. His goal is to make filmmaking more accessible for the next generation of aspiring artists. 

His narrative work includes serving as the Director of Photography of the upcoming feature film The Life and Death of Virginia Hill. He has also worked professionally on projects such as Sugarcreek Amish Mysteries: Blessings In Disguise (Boom Operator), Sugarcreek Amish Mysteries: Season 1 (Boom Operator and Grip), Test (Key Production Assistant), and Hunted, (Co-Director/Director of Photography)

Dedicated, multi-talented and deeply passionate about storytelling, Mikey tackles every project with creativity and professionalism. 

Natalie Marlatt

Line Producer/Production Coordinator

Natalie brings a capable presence to every production she supports. As a highly organized and detail-oriented team member, she plays a key role in keeping things running smoothly—on and off set.

Known for her kindness and proactive mindset, she’s always willing to step into other departments, lend a hand, and learn something new. Whether it’s managing logistics or anticipating what a team member needs before they ask, she’s focused on making life easier for everyone around her. Her collaborative spirit and dedication make her an essential part of the 4M crew.

 

Randi Grasselli

Graphic Designer/Creative Writer

Randi is an Ohio based artist, filmmaker and photographer. She fills many roles within New Philadelphia’s No Limits Film Club such as acting, writing and directing creative projects. 

Her work includes playing the lead role in the upcoming feature film The Life and Death of Virginia Hill. She also worked on projects such as the short films Small Things (Writer and Actor) and Migraine (Writer and Director). 

Randi brings a vibrant energy and versatile skill set to every single project. With an eye for detail and a passion for storytelling, her creativity and technical expertise help us make narratives come to life.

Emma Marlatt

Art Department Head/SFX Director

Often considered a “human Swiss Army knife”, Emma fills many creative positions at 4M Productions. Having worked in entertainment since she was eight years old, she brings a unique skillset to any project: page, stage, or screen!

Specializing in writing and “artistic” departments, Emma has experience in graphics, design, prop making, special FX and more. Occasionally, she even ends up behind the camera.

Collaboration is always a treat. She enjoys expanding on the ideas of others and bringing those dreams to life at any stage of a project, from concept design to post production. Typically on set, Emma is hopping from place to place with gaff tape in her hand and batteries in her pocket, helping out wherever she can to get the job done.
