Mikey is an Ohio-based filmmaker and photographer who has spent years creating compelling stories, shooting commercials, and broadcasting live events across Northeast Ohio. His professional career began in 2020, but his obsession with telling stories through film started long before that.

Outside of 4M, Mikey co-founded No Limits Film Club in New Philadelphia — a program dedicated to making filmmaking accessible to the next generation of aspiring artists. Dedicated, multi-talented, and deeply passionate about the craft, he tackles every project with creativity and professionalism.

Natalie brings a calm, capable presence to every production she supports. As the team's most organized member, she plays a key role in keeping things running smoothly — on and off set — so the creative team can focus on making great work.

Known for her kindness and proactive mindset, she's always willing to step into other departments, lend a hand, and anticipate what a team member needs before they even ask. Her collaborative spirit and dedication make her an essential part of the 4M crew.

Randi is an Ohio-based artist, filmmaker and photographer who fills many roles — both within 4M Productions and the No Limits Film Club in New Philadelphia, where she acts, writes, and directs creative projects.

With an eye for detail and a passion for storytelling, her creativity and technical expertise help the team bring narratives to life from concept through final cut.

Often described as a "human Swiss Army knife," Emma fills many creative positions at 4M Productions. Having worked in entertainment since she was eight years old, she brings a unique skill set to any project — page, stage, or screen.

Specializing in art direction and creative departments, Emma has hands-on experience in graphics, design, prop making, special effects, and more. On set, she's typically hopping from place to place with gaff tape in her hand and batteries in her pocket — ready to solve any problem at any stage of production.
